Suggest a better descriptionWash redpeppers, remove stem, cut in half. Mix egg, salt, pepper, onion powder, put in large bowl. Add meat,mix. Add cheese, breadcrumb, parsley. Add chopped onions and crumbled up piece of bread, mix together. Put pepper half in large shallow pan. Stuff with meat mixture. Add water to bottom of pan. Drizzle olive oil over peppers. Cover with ton foil. Cook 45 min. At 425 degrees.
