Suggest a better descriptionHere are a few recipes using Frozen French Fries from: Ore-Ida Magic....Family Favorites from Ore-Ida. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. greae a 1 1/2 quart casserole. 2. In large skillet, over medium-high heat, melt butter; add frozen potatoes and heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium, add onion and cook 5 minutes, or until potatoes and onions are browned, stirring frequently to avoid overbrowning. Remove from heat, gently toss with bran flakes and shredded cheese. Place mixture in casserole. 3. In mixing bowl, beat eggs well, blend in well, sour cream and seasonings; pour sauce over potatoes. 4. bake 20 minutes or until sauce is set but shiny. 5-6 servings Posted to EAT-L Digest by Nsabatino
