Suggest a better descriptionHeat olive oil and garlic in a heavy fry pan or wok over medium to medium-high heat. Do not let garlic burn. Add julienne peppers all at once; saute quickly just until tender, but still crisp. Add balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Serve immediately or at room temperature. Serves 4 Note: Good as a vegetable or as a condiment. Good on roast beef or chicken sandwiches, over a hamburger or tossed into a green salad.
