Suggest a better description1. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil the grate. Stir all ingredients together.
2. Rub the steaks on all sides with the seasoning mixture. Cook on the preheated grill to your desired degree of doneness.
This recipe calls for 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper for 4 steaks. I only had 2 steaks and it was a bit too hot. I will definitely put less cayenne pepper in it next time.
