Suggest a better descriptionCrunch tostidos into pieces. Brown the ground turkey add green pepper when turkey is almost brown.
Add in taco seasoning, salsa, water, corn and stir. Layer half meat mixture and cover with 1 cup of cheddar cheese and then half of the tostitos. Put second half of meat mixture on top. Cover with 1 cup of cheddar and then the remainder of the tostito chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins. Top with lettuce and tomatoes.
