Put chicken, garlic and chill paste into small bowl. Stir until chicken is coasted.
Heat oil in large saucepan. Add chicken mixture and cook until outside of chicken turns white. Add peanut butter. Heat and stir for about 1 minute until combined.
Add next four ingredients. Stir. Cover. Bring to a boil.
Add noodles and carrot. Reduce het to med-low. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes until noodles are tender but firm.
Add next 3 ingredients. Stir and cover. Simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro
