Suggest a better descriptionBrown meat in large pot - drain and remove from pan. Add oil to pot and saute onion, green pepper, jalapeno, and garlic until soft (about 6 min.). Add wine and Worcestershire - simmer 10 min. Stir in next 4 ingredients - simmer 10 min. Add tomatoes, beans (undrained), and meat to pot. Rinse all cans with water. Heat to boiling -reduce heat and simmer (uncovered) 1-2 hours (or longer, until thickened), stirring occasionally.
Serve topped with cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream. Goes great with Tostidos or Jiffy Sunshine Cornbread on the side!
