Tortilla Soup
Combine all ingredients and heat through. Blend cornstarch gradually with a separate cup of the prepared soup. Mix well. Then add cornstarch mixture to the soup and stir. Soup should thicken slightly. Serve over tortilla chips.
You may add avocado and/or sour cream.
