Suggest a better descriptionMarinate the turkey breasts for at least an hour in the lemon juice, olive oil, with two cloves of crushed garlic and a tsp of salt. Cook on a griddle or barbeque for about ten minutes or until tender. Seed and slice the peppers into thin strips and fry gently in olive oil, adding balsamic vinegar when soft. Halve the beefsteak tomatoes, sprinkle with herbs and grill until wrinkled. For the guacamole, peel and halve the avocadoes, blend with a pinch of salt, lemon juice and two tbsp of soured cream. Serve with the turkey and a side salad.
