Suggest a better description1. Place the burger ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 2. Shape into eight 8cm (3 inch) rounds, 1 cm (1/2inch) thick. 3. Coat the burgers with the flour. 4. Dip into the beaten egg and then coat with the breadcrumbs. 5. Chill in a refrigerator for 10 minutes. 6. Shallow fry the burgers in hot oil for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown. Serve immediately in a burger bun filled with salad and relish. Serve with french fries. NOTES : A healthier alternative to traditional burgers. Ideal for family meals, barbecues and summer entertaining.
