Suggest a better descriptionShape stuffing into 2 patties, set aside. In top of a double boiler, whisk egg yolks and lemon juice until blended, cook until mixture is thick. Drizzle in warm melted butter. Whisk in parsley, salt and nutmeg. Transfer to a bowl, keep warm. IN a skillet, heat oil. Cook stuffing patties 4 min. on each side, keep warm. Place 3" of water in a pan, bring to a boil, then simmer. Break eggs, one at a time, into a bowl, holding bowl close to surface of water, slip egg into water.
