YUM!!!! These baked potatoes are the best!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
clean potatoes, poke some holes in the skin to release the steam and rub the outside of the potatoes with olive oil.
Put the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake until cooked and skins are crisp (40-60 mins depending on size of potatoes)
remove potatoes and reduce oven temp to 300 degrees F
Mix the butter, sour cream, bacon, milk, salt and pepper.
When potatoes are still warm, cut in half lengthwise and scoop out insides into bowl with other ingredients. Reserve the skins.
Mix all the ingredients
Stir in half of the grated cheese and the green onions. Mix well.
Fill each potato skin with the filling; top with remaining cheese.
Bake for additional 10-20 mins until the cheese melts.
