This is from the "A Taste of Kansas City - Then and Now" cookbook...
Pierce potatoes, rub skin with oil and place in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 50 minutes or until tender. Allow to cool to touch. In mixing bowl, combine cheeses, sour cream, onions, basil, garlic, salt and pepper. Cut potatoes in 1/2; carefully scoop out pulp leaving a thin shell. Add potato to cheese mixture and mash. Stir in bacon if using. Stuff potato shells. Broil 7-8 minutes until heated through.
