Suggest a better description1. Scrub potatoes, and dry. Prick with a fork twice on both sides.
2. Heat oven to 450F.
3. When oven is hot, bake the potatoes for 1 hour.
4. Turn oven off and remove potatoes. Cut each potato in half and with a spoon scoop out the insides into a bowl. Add butter (for 4 potatoes 1/4-1/2 stick) and grated cheese - approx 1/3 pack TJ's shredded cheese ( a variation is to add sliced green onions and/or goat's cheese.) Put potato mixture back into skins. Put on a baking sheet and heat in the oven at 350F for 15 mins to heat.
