Meat lovers over for dinner? Make this!!
In a large pan, saute the onions and spices. Add peppers and garlic for 1 min. Add worshtshire, tomatoes & sauce, hickory, and broth; bring to a boil. Add beans, corn and bulgur.
Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, for 15 min. or until bulgur is cooked.
Add coca powder then salt, pepper & chipotle sauce to taste. To serve, sprinkle with cilantro.
Serve leftovers the next day or two later over white rice!!
