1 Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. 2 Heat oil in a large wok or saute pan. Stir fry mushrooms, carrots, peppers, onion, and garlic until tender. Stir in bean sprouts and green onion; cook one minute. Stir cornstarch into chicken broth, and add to stir fry. Stir in hoison sauce, honey, soy sauce, ginger, cayenne pepper, and curry powder. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. 3 Add cooked spaghetti, and toss. Heat through. tlbarker72 3y agoThis was super easy, flavorful, and just all around good! The only change I made was to leave out the carrots because my daughter doesn't like them. I added baby corn instead. The sauce was perfect and was a very good compliment to a salmon dish I made. This is going to be a much-used recipe in this house!
