Vegetarian BLT with Avocado

1 Avocado; Ripe
4 Slices Bread; Or 2 pitas
1 Tomato; Ripe
4 Slices Vegetarian Bacon; Cooked
4 Ounces Cream cheese
2 tablespoons Chives; Chopped
Boston lettuce

Original recipe makes 2 Servings



Cook the "bacon" and lightly toast the bread. Mix chopped chives into cream cheese and spread onto bread as desired. Slice tomatoes and avacado-place on bread. Add bacon and slices of lettuce. Eat :)
