Delicious venison cheese steaks, great for parties or for a quick meal.
Cook Venison Chip Steak on a skillet and add the salt, pepper and garlic powder. Then bunch your desired amount into the shape that it will go into the hoagie roll. While it is cooking add sauce on top of the chip steak, then cover with cheese. Once the cheese is almost all melted, get a spatula and plop it into your hoagie roll. Be careful! It's hot.
