A lovely, simple and very tasty cheese dip, ideal served with warm bread or pretzels
Cut the brie & camembert into cubes and then mash with a fork
Add the philly, beer & pepper and create a melded paste
Serve with the red onion & pickled cucumber decorated on top
Eat with wrm bread, great crackers or preferably warm pretzels!
Just keep mashing until it all mixes toegther!
