Black & Decker B2200 settings: 4 (sandwich), 2lb (large) loaf size, light crust.
Place in bread machine in order listed. Add the yeast last in a well in the centre of the flour mixture.
Immediately remove the bread from the pan, if you like a crispy crust.
I find it easiest to cut with an electric knife, after the bread has cooled (30 minutes) right side up.
