Add buttermilk and honey, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead 3 or 4 times. Pat or roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness; cut with a 3-inch round cutter, and place on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake biscuits at 450? for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 2 dozen.
