Suggest a better descriptionBoil the eggs. Slice in half and put 6 yolks in a bowl. Use a fork to mash the yolks and stir in the yogurt, mayo, and salt until smooth. Add the scallion and capers and stir to combine. Put the filling in each egg half and sprinkle with paprika.
Put filling into baggie and cut tip off corner.
