1) In a bowl, combine the raw ground beef, chopped onions, and desired seasonings.
2) Using a food scale, measure out 80 gram patties. One container of meat makes about 8 patties.
To cook: spray a pan with non-stick spray and cook on stovetop or on a grill.
To save: cut a sheet of foil into multiple squares. Place the raw burger patties in a Tupperware container with a sheet of foil between each patty to avoid them sticking to each other. Place in freezer.
