Throw everything in the pressure cooker and you can have a great bowl of soup in one hour...using dried beans. Smoked turkey parts (drummies, wings, tails, etc.) add the essential flavoring. To complete the meal, serve with cornbread.
Place all ingredients in your pressure cooker. (Make sure the amount does not exceed the safe amount for your particular cooker. If the recipe makes too much, either reduce the amount of ingredients or freeze the excess to cook later.) Set it to 'high pressure' and set your timer for 35 minutes. When it’s done, allow the pressure to go down on it’s own, about 15-20 minutes.
When you’re ready to serve, remove the bay leaves.
