A very interesting Tex-Mex casserole.

Step 1) Preheat oven to 350
Step 2) Brown beef in skillet or pot (use oil). Drain the fat.
Step 3) Quickly add corn, tomato sauce, beans, chopped pepper, Worcestershire sauce, onion, chili powder, and garlic
Step 4) Bubble for 3 min
Step 5) In round casserole dish (same-ish size as the tortillas), layer casserole with tortillas at bottom, sauce on top
Step 6) Sprinkle cheese on top of casserole and bake for 30 min.
Add tortillas if you need more structural stability.
