Quick and easy Pork Char Siu
1. Cut the pork into 1 inch thick slices
2. Stab with fork to tenderize
3. Mix Sauce ingredients together. Set aside 2 tablespoons of sauce for the honey marinade baste.
4. In a ziplock bag, combine pork with sauce. Close bag and make sure to rub all the meat with the sauce in the bag.
5. Marinate for 12-24 hours (the longer the better).
6. Cook at 400F for 12-14 minutes
7. Every 3 minutes, baste with the honey marinate while flipping
8. Allow meat to rest for 10 mintues before cutting
