Airfry/roast carrots, onion, and bell pepper at 400 for 30 mins
After 15 mins, add garlic to airfry/roast tray
Microwave cauliflower in 1 cup water for 6 mins
Put all veggies, water, lemon juice, and spices in Vitamin
Blend - add extra water to desired thickness
Serving Suggestions:
Pour over other raw/cooked veggies
Use as nacho dip with homemade tortilla chips
There are 2 pounds of non-starchy vegetables in this sauce! Amazing goodness!
