First 10 ingredients are for the meatballs. Mix all ingredients and shape into 60 meatballs
Second 11 ingredients are for sauce,
Put all sauce ingredients except for rice and carrots in pot and brung to boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes.
Add rice, carrots and meatballs to sauce and simmer for 60 minutes.
