Alex's own take on some delicious potatoes he had in San Francisco
Boil potatoes in salted water for 15-20 min. until slightly soft. While boiling, prepare sauce by mixing all ingredients in small saucepan and simmer for a short time. Drain potatoes, return to pot, put lid on and shake to burst slightly. Pour sauce over potatoes and toss lightly.
Put coated potatoes on jelly roll ran spread in a single layer. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until crispy.
