Got this recipe from a 21 year-old who should be a chef. WOW!
Sautee onions in olive oil and butter until tender. In large pot, boil 6 cups water. Add 5 beef bouillon cubes, worcestershire sauce, pepper and white wine. Once onions are tender, add to broth. Fill oven safe bowls about 3/4 full, top with good french bread and swiss cheese. Broil in oven about 10 minutes until cheese is bubbling and brown.
