Roll out (to approx 1/8" - 1/4") and cut with cookie cutters. Decorate with colored sugars, decorating candies or sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar (mixed together).
Bake at 375* for approx. 10 minutes.
Do not overbake, leave cookies on the pan for a few minutes to cool slightly.
