Suggest a better descriptionIn a food processor blend the dates till they are chopped up and start to ball up. Take them out and put to aside.
Then blitz the nuts till pieces. Put dates back in processor and add coconut oil, cacao, mint and protein powder.
Mix till all comes together well.
Roll into balls and freeeze for 1 hour.
Mix coating ingredients together and roll balls in mixture. Have plate ready to put balls on to set. They set fast.
