Preheat oven to 425. Spray sheet with cooking spray.
Step 2
Place salmon skin side down on sheet. Mix vinegar, honey, oil and ginger well. Pour 1 tsp on each fillet. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cook 15-18 minutes. Place on serving plate. Drizzle with remaining mixture. Serve immediately.
