New Orleans style gumbo
Put chicken breast, bay leaf, and chicken broth in crockpot and cook on medium all day. Add cut sausage, sauteed onions and celery, and frozen okra. Mix gumbo base with 3 cups of water and pour into crockpot. Simmer on medium for 20 minutes.
