Suggest a better description1. Soften onions and apples in a pan with some butter. Add the crushed garlic and cook for another minute or two.
2. In a measuring jug mix the stock cube with the water, cider and apple juice then add this to the onion mix. Cook for another 10 minus then blend with a hand bender. At this point you may need to sieve the sauce.
3 If necessary as the sauce is too thin, add 1 tablespoon of cornflour mixed with two tablespoons of cold water(do this in a saucepan). Add a little at a time to the sauce and ensure the sauce is hot before adding the cornflour.
Once the pork is cooked and resting, any juices that come out of the pork can be poured into the sauce to add more flavour.
