Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. Peel and chop apples and set aside
2. Mis together sugar, oil and eggs
3. Add vanilla, baking soda and salt
4. Alternate adding flour and sour milk until batter has no lumps
5. Mix in chopped apples
6. Put muffin papers in muffin containers
7. Put batter into muffin containers and place in oven
8. Combine 1 cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup flour, 1/2 cup melted butter, 2 tsp cinnamon
9. Place spoonful of crumble on top of each muffin
10. Bake for 20 minutes
