Thaw out pastry dough. Open it up and cut into 6 pieces.
Peel and thinly slice apples. Keep apples in water until ready to mix . Dry them when ready.
Mix together sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add apples and gently toss until coated.
Put a spoonful of the apple mixture on one if the squares on the left side but leave a little bit open on the edge.
Fold over and use a fork to seal the edges and put on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brushed with milk and sprinklle a good amount of sugar on top.
Bake for 10 min. Or until golden brown.
Take out and let it cool for 2 min, put on a plate and sprinkle powdered sugar. Serve warm.
