NOTE: I originally posted this recipe as a FP, but it is a bit too high in carbs. So now I am changing it to an E. If you want it to be a FP, then just eat half the recipe and you will be fine! Enjoy!
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Serves: 1
This makes a huge smoothie (more than one quart if you use 2 cups of ice) but it is SO delicious! Enjoy!
