Preheat oven to 350* Prepare and line pie plate with bottom crust. Mix all ingredients except for the egg, cinnamon and sugar for the top of the top crust. Cover with top crust and seal. Brush top with egg and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake approximately 1 hour.
