Jam for Topping:
Saute the shallots in butter
Add the sugar and caramelize
Add white wine and reduce
Add strawberry coulis and thyme leaves and cook until very thick
Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the top of the cheese and spread the jam
Place the cheese on the soaked apple plank and put on the grill. Cover and grill for 10 - 15 minutes.
Serve with baguette or whole meal bread
