Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees F. Place medium dish in oven to warm.
2. Heat hot skillet over medium- high heat. Brush pork chops with veg. Oil. And place in skillet to cook till done. Transfer to warm dish.
3. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, salt and pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add butter to skillet, and stir in brown sugar mix and apples. Cover and cook until apples are just tender. Remove apples and arrange on top of pork chop. Keep warm in oven.
4. Continue cooking sauce uncovered in skillet, until thicken slightly.spoon sauce over apples and chops. Sprinkle with pecans
