Rice dish made with curry, apples, and raisins
Place raisins in a small bowl and add boiling apple juice; set aside.
In a large skillet, cook onions and seasonings in butter or oleo until onions are soft but not brown.
Add apples and rice; heat thoroughly.
Drain raisins and stir into rice.
Optional - Toss with chutney, if desired.
