1. In a large bowl stir together all ingredients. Shape into 12 (3 inch) patties. Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes.2. Heat 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage patties; reduce heat to medium. Cook, turning once, until patties are no longer pink. (10 to 14 minutes).
Apple sausages can be shaped ahead of time. Wrap in plastic food wrap; refrigerate until ready to cook but no longer than 24 hours.
