1. Preheat oven at 120F.
2. Core apples and slice using 1/8 inch blade setting on slicer or thinly slice.
3. Place on oven tray not over lapping on parchment paper and sprinkle with cinnamon. Note 500g does 2 large trays.
4. Bake on low for 1.5-2 hrs turning half way. Note after 1.5 hours keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.
5. Take out of oven let cool. They crisp up more as they cool.
