Super yummy and moist!
Preheat oven to 350°. Place bananas in a large bowl and mash. Stir in sugar and let stand for 15 minutes.
Add applesauce and eggs and beat well. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes, or until done.
Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Enjoy! Can add powdered sugar or cream cheese frosting....
