Suggest a better descriptionWhisk together preserves, vinegar, garlic and Dijon. Brush 1/2 over meat, reserve the rest. Brown meat in 2 T. Olive Oil on high heat for 5 min. Add 1/4 c. Water and 1/4 c. Diced apricot and dried prunes and reserved marinade to meat. Cover; reduce heat. Simmer til pink 10-15 min. Remove cover, raise heat, cook til reduced 5 min. Thin slice and serve with sauce.
