1. Place the bread slices on an engrossed baking sheet; spritz the bread with cooking spray. Bake @ 325 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
2. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, artichokes, basil, oil, seasoned salt and pepper. Spoon onto the bread slices.
