Cook artichoke hearts according to package directions. Drain, Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add additional water if needed to adjust consistency. Use as a dip for raw veggies.
NOTE: Garlic can be roasted with the entire bulb intact and skin on or it can be roasted using peeled and separate cloves. Roast at 300 degrees for about 25 minutes or until soft.
