This is simple, quick, and tastes great!
1)add the vinegar, oil, mustard, salt and pepper together, shake well and refrigerate until ready to serve
2)lightly season the salmon with salt and pepper and cook it either on the grill, broiled, or in a pan sprayed with oil.
3)Place arugula on a dish, toss with red onions and strawberries. Drizzle with the dressing. Top with salmon and chives.
