A flavorful chicken noodle soup with an Asian flare
Prepare noodles el dente according to package directions/drain/set aside
In a stock pot in approx. 2 cups of chicken stock add garlic, carrots and celery over medium heat and simmer till carrots are cooked crisp
Add remaining chicken stock, Thyme, Ginger, Soy sauce, and Sesame Oil over medium heat and bring to a boil. Add frozen chicken, bring back to a boil, reduce heat to simmer. Add noodles, parsley and green onion and simmer till hot.
Salt and pepper to taste. Serve
